针药结合治愈手臂顽固性扁平疣一例

摘要

扁平疣是由人类乳头瘤病毒感染皮肤黏膜所引起的一种良性增生物，好发于青少年的颜面、手背及前臂。表现为淡褐色扁平隆起性丘疹，存在自体接种反应。单纯运用火针治疗扁平疣效果好，一次性治愈率极高，复发率低。然而对于泛发性顽固性（变异型）扁平疣却疗效不佳，因此，笔者采用火针结合中药内服的方法治疗，取得了满意疗效。%Flat warts are caused by human papillomavirus infections skin mucous membrane of a benign biological,good hair at teenagers face, hand and forearm. It shows the hazel flat uplift papules, existence of autologous vaccination response. Clinical practice study, pure flat wart using fire needle therapy effect is good, one-time cure rate is extremely high and low recurrence rate. However for extensive hair sex resistant (variant) flat warts but poor curative effect, so the author applies the method of fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine internal and satisfactory effect.
