瘦素与器官纤维化及创伤后病理性瘢痕形成的关系研究进展

摘要

瘦素是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的激素，它与器官纤维化、创伤愈合及创伤后瘢痕形成之间存在一些联系，主要体现在其存在导致器官纤维化、促进创伤愈合及瘢痕形成的可能，国内外学者对此进行了较多的研究，也取得了一些成果。本文旨在对这些成果进行系统的总结。%Leptin is a hormone secreted by fat cells.There is some relationship between leptin and organ ifbrosis,wound healing or scarring after trauma,which is mainly relfected in causing organ ifbrosis, promoting wound healing and scarring formation, scholars at home and abroad have made many achievements.In this review,we summarize these achievements systematically.
