Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing on the prognosis of patients with breast benign tumor resection. Methods A total of 450 patients who underwent breast benign tumor resection in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected. According to the operation time, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method, 225 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine postoperative nursing, and the observation group carried out high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life, the time of hospitalization, the cost of hospitalization and the satisfaction of nursing were compared in the two groups. Results The quality of life index score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group hospitalization time and hospitalization costs were significantly lower than the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.8% significantly higher than 78.7% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Benign breast tumor resection in the process of application of high quality nursing can not only improve the quality of life of patients after operation, reduce the cost of treatment and time, improve the postoperative patients with mood and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探究优质护理对乳腺良性肿瘤切除患者预后的影响研究.方法:选取2014年4月-2015年4月于本院乳腺外科行乳腺良性肿瘤切除术的450例患者为研究对象,根据手术时间排序,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组225例.对照组实施常规术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理.对两组患者的术后生活质量、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度进行比较.结果:观察组患者生活质量各指标评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间和住院费用均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为97.8%显著高于对照组的78.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在乳腺良性肿瘤切除术围手术期采用优质护理可提高患者术后生活质量,降低治疗成本和时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.
