腰椎滑脱中全腰椎间盘的CT与MRI表现

摘要

Objective:To comparatively study the CT and MRI changes of intervertebral disc degeneration in spondylolisthesis. Methods:CT and MRI data of 112 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were retrospectively analyzed. The Pfirrmann scale, Modic changes of cartilage endplate,disc herniation,disc vacuum syndrome,Schmorl's node and calcification were observed. Re-sults:The study was found that the form and signal of slippage of intervertebral disc L3,L4and L5were varies significantly than others(all P<0.05). That the form and signal of the following section of slippage of intervertebral disc L3and L4were varies significantly than the above section of them. That the form and signal of the section of the distance of slippage of intervertebral disc L3,L4and L5were varies significantly than the section of the closer of them. Conclusion:The combination of CT and MRI has an important guiding role in diagnosing spondylolisthesis.%目的:了解脊椎滑脱中全腰椎间盘的CT与MRI表现,提高对脊椎滑脱与椎间盘退变关系的认识.方法:回顾性分析112例腰椎滑脱患者的CT、MRI资料.观察椎间盘的Pfirrmann分级、软骨终板的Modic改变、突出或膨出、真空征、许莫氏结节及钙化情况.结果:L3、L4、L5滑脱段椎间盘的形态变化和信号分级较其他节段变化程度显著(均P<0.05);L3、L4滑脱段椎间盘以下节段较以上节段形态变化与信号分级程度更明显;L3、L4、L5滑脱近节段椎间盘较远节段形态变化与信号分级程度更明显.结论:CT与MRI两者结合对腰椎滑脱中的腰椎间盘退变诊治有重要指导作用.
