考虑气动载荷的起落架冷气收放系统仿真

             

摘要

传统的起落架液压/冷气收放系统仿真未考虑气动载荷的影响,导致仿真结果可靠性不足.为解决这一问题,将气动载荷引入起落架冷气收放系统仿真中,以AMESim为仿真平台,搭建仿真模型进行分析,并对节流孔孔径值进行优化.结果表明,气动载荷的起落架冷气收放系统仿真能较好模拟收放系统实际工作状态,且合理的节流孔孔径能使起落架冷气收放时间满足飞机设计要求.考虑气动载荷的起落架冷气收放系统仿真能提高仿真结果可靠性,为后续冷气子系统试验提供理论依据,可广泛应用于飞机起落架收放系统设计过程中.%The result of the conventional simulation for hydraulic/pneumatic system of landing gear, without considering aerodynamic load, is not reliable.The model for pneumatic system of landing gear is built by the software AMESim.The aerodynamic load is considered in the model.The diameter of the throttle is optimized based on the model.The results indicate that the landing gear air-conditioning system simulation in which the aerodynamic load is considered can better simulate the actual working state of the system.Furthermore, the reasonable throttle diameter allows the time cooling up and down to meet the aircraft design requirement.
