大型综合医院重大科研项目管理策略初探

With the growth of state investment in medical technology area, the large general hospital as an important part of the national innovation system is undertaking more and more major national research projects. How to improve the quality and efficiency of the scientific project management of hospital and to produce more significant scientific achievements have became a practical problems. Every major general hospitals are facing the problems. This article analyzes the status and problems of the major research projects management in large general hospital and tries to explore the key problems restricting the progress of the scientific project management in large general hospital. To solve these problems, the article discusses the ways to strengthen project management and solving strategies.%随着国家对医学科技投入的不断增加,大型综合医院作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分和临床医学研究的中坚力量,正承担着越来越多的国家重大科研项目,如何有效提升项目管理质量、提升研究效率、催生重大成果,已成为大型综合医院科研管理面临的现实问题之一.通过对大型综合性医院重大科研项目管理现况和存在问题进行分析,探寻制约医院科研项目管理的瓶颈问题,初步探讨了加强项目管理的方法和策略.
