在护理工作中实践医院安全保障义务的思考

摘要

<侵权责任法>赋予医院对患者的安全保障义务,临床护理工作应该注意检查患者使用的设施并使之处于适用状态,注意防范药物不良反应引起患者精神变化造成意外事件的发生.本文分析现实发生的一起医院违反安全保障义务案例,提出护士日常工作中基于保护患者安全应该注意的某些细节.%To fulfill the duty of safety protection of hospital for patients is regulated by Tort Liahility Law. Facilities should be inspected whether it is in its normal operation and patients ' spirit should he more attention to prevent accident caused by adverse drug use in clinical nursing.
