新形势下'五四一'创新模式的经营特色

鉴于我国公立医院的改革依然处于难以破题的攻坚阶段,广东省第二人民医院对原"五四一"创新模式进行了深化研究,力求突破公立医院在新形势下如何改革发展的难题.本文主要从公立医院整体服务、改革手段及持续发展三个方面介绍了"五四一"创新模式的经营特色.%In current days, public hospital reform in China still in the stage oflooking for breakpoint, 541 mode in Guangdong NO.2 Provincial People's Hospital is innovated to find a way for public hospital reform propelling. Characteristics in operation of 541 innovation mode are introduced in three aspects: integrated service, measures of reform and sustainable development.
