By the methods of combined quantity assessment and expert assessment, discipline assessment index system is designed to select advanced discipline in general human resources, service capacities and research capacities. Measures on promoting tertiary general hospital resources equity allocation are also explored. Advanced discipline is an important superior resource in tertiary hospital.
