医院青年行政管理人员职业发展规划的探讨及实践

摘要

科学管理是现代化医院建设发展的核心要素，为适应医改新形势，除了提高医疗水平之外，医院必须培养和完备临床科室管理、医院行政管理的人才梯队。职能处室是医院行政管理的载体，执行医政、科研、教学、运营等管理决策并为决策层提供参考，青年行政管理人员是职能处室的基础力量和未来主力军，本文通过调查访谈和资料分析等方法，提出职业发展规划的具体内容和建议，从而实施阶段性职业培养，切实提升医院管理水平，提高患者满意度，提高青年员工幸福感。%Scientific management is the core factor of the development of modern hospital. For the sake of the adaption to the healthcare reform, hospital should attach great importance to talent training for clinical and administrative departments. Administrative departments, which are responsible for administrative management,carry out policies of medical affairs, scientific research and operating in order to provide reference for the decision-makers. Young administrators are the main force and future leaders. This thesis will give suggestions on career planning and development by the means of questionnaire and documentary, in order to implement professional training by stage, improve management level and achieve high satisfaction from both patients and young employees.
