试论医院学科群的建设

摘要

Discipline group is the inevitable outcome and internal requirement of disciplinary development. The construction of discipline group has become a key task of discipline construction in large-scale general hospitals. This essay discusses the development, main features and organizational forms of discipline group. The requirements of discipline group construction are also analyzed, including hospital’s coordination, key discipline’s leading role and outstanding academic talents, etc. The construction of discipline group can effectively optimize the allocation of hospital resources, improve the ability of scientific research and technological innovation, and enhance hospital competitiveness and influence.%　　学科群是学科发展的必然产物和内在要求，学科群建设已经成为当今大型综合性医院学科建设的关键性工作。笔者对学科群的兴起、主要特征、组织形式等方面进行了描述，并着重从要有医院的统筹保障、要以重点学科为龙头、要有杰出的学科带头人及人才梯队等方面分析了学科群建设的条件，认为学科群的建设可有效优化医院的资源配置，提高科技攻关和科技创新的能力，提升医院的竞争力和影响力。
