医院号贩子的成因、危害及遏制措施

摘要

It is a common and increasing problem that registration trafficker exists in large hospital in big cities. Based on literature review and the experiences of struggling with registration trafficker, the harm and causes of registration trafficker are analyzed. Countermeasures which can be described as opening the channel from ordinary registration to expert registration, strictly implementing real name system, strengthening next visit appointment, opening site appointment, improving law and increasing the cost of breaking the law are discussed to establish a stable and order medical service environment for both patients and doctors.%号贩子是我国大城市大医院里较为普遍的现象，而且有愈演愈烈的趋势。通过复习相关文献并结合自身处理号贩子的体会分析了医院号贩子的成因和危害，进而从打通从普通号向专家层级转诊的渠道、严格落实实名制、做好复诊预约，解后顾之忧、开通现场预约登记、解决法律上的空缺，加大打击号贩子的力度等方面提出对医院号贩子的遏制措施，以期加深人们对医院号贩子成因及危害的认识和有关部门加大对医院号贩子的打击力度，建立医患双方稳定有序的诊疗环境。
