Based on the management mode of 4 hospital sterilization and supply center s in New York and St. Paul in America, the distribution and process, the topics about sterilization and supply in America are introduced. The differences of sterilization and supply center management between China and America is compared and suggestions are also proposed.%在考察位于美国纽约和圣保罗两地的4所医院消毒供应中心运行管理模式的基础上，介绍了美国消毒供应中心区域布局和工作流程、美国消毒供应中心遵循的技术规范和标准和2014年美国消毒供应学术年会所涉及的主要议题，阐述了我国与美国消毒供应中心运行管理中存在的差异和政策建议。
