目的：分析北京市某医院肝硬化患者住院费用及其影响因素。方法：收集北京某医院2008年-2010年期间的3620名肝硬化住院患者的病案首页数据，使用SPSS17.0开展医疗费用影响因素的单因素和多因素统计分析。结果：经单因素分析，年龄、入院状态、医疗保险、入院天数、入院次数、治疗效果、有无手术、有无抢救8个因素影响肝硬化患者住院费用；再经多因素分析，对医疗费用有正向影响的因素是年龄、住院天数、是否抢救和是否手术，负向影响因素是医疗保险、住院次数、入院情况和治疗效果。结论：肝硬化患者的医疗费用高于北京市平均住院费用，可通过控制住院天数、降低药品费用、推广临床路径、实施医疗费用支付方式改革达到控制肝硬化患者医疗费用的目的。%Objective: To analyze the liver cirrhosis hospitalization expense and its influence factors in a hospital in Beijing. Methods:Medical record home page data of 3620 patients with liver cirrhosis of a hospital in Beijing during 2008-2010 were selected and analyzed the influence factors of medical expenses by spss17.0. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis methods were used. Results:By univariate analysis, it shows that age, admission status, medical insurance, length of stay, number of admissions, treatment effect, surgery, presence of rescue were factors affecting of patients with liver cirrhosis. Then by multivariate analysis, factors that have a positive influence on medical expenses are age, length of stay, rescue and surgery. And negative influence factors were the medical insurance, number of admissions, Patient's condition and treatment effects. Conclusions:Hospitalization expenses of liver cirrhosis patients is higher than the average hospitalization expenses in Beijing, but by controlling length of stay, reduce drug costs, , promote clinical pathway, implement the reform of medical expenses payment methods in order to control hospitalization expenses.
