浙江省公立中医院综合医改中面临的机遇与挑战

摘要

目的：分析浙江省公立中医院综合改革中面临的机遇与挑战。方法：通过文献研究、调研分析，提取观点。结果：宏观政策、综合医改、行业发展及保健需求给公立中医院带来发展机遇，但也存在病源分流、人才缺乏、中药饮片差价率降低等问题。结论：紧抓机遇，积极应对挑战，不断创新管理，促进公立中医院发展，满足群众健康服务需求。%Objectives: Analysis the opportunities and threats of public TCM hospital in healthcare reform in Zhejiang province. Methods: Literature review and investigation were used. Results: Macro policy, healthcare reform, industry development and health care demand bring opportunities to public TCM hospital. But there are also challenges such as patient lost, lack of talent, Chinese herbal pieces mark up rate decreasing. Conclusions: It needs to tight grasp the opportunity, actively respond to threats, Innovation management and promote the development of the public TCM hospital to meet the demand of public health service.
