风险管理对于提高VPA置管患者安全的效果研究

摘要

The effectiveness of risk management and routine nursing for assuring patient safety in 120 gastroenterology VPA patients which 60 patient were in treatment group(risk management) and 60 patients in control group were comparably analyzed. The main indictors included complication rate after VPA, time of VPA, patient's satisfaction and the changes of nursing behavior before and after implementing risk management. It shows that complication rate is significantly decreased, VPA time is extended and patient's satisfaction is improved and nursing behavior is significantly promoted. It is considered to apply VPA risk management in nursing to improve VPA patient's safety.%分析了风险管理和常规护理对维护120例消化内科VPA置管患者安全的应用效果，包括风险管理组（60例）和常规护理组（60例）的置管后并发症发生率；置管留置时间、患者对VPA置管和VPA相关护理服务的满意度和风险管理实施前后护士对于维护VPA置管患者安全的护理行为对比。研究显示，护理风险管理能明显减低VPA置管后并发症的发生率、增加VPA置管留置时间，能显著提高患者对VPA置管和VPA相关护理服务的满意度和改善护理人员维护VPA置管患者安全的护理行为。建议将VPA的风险管理应用到护理工作中，提高VPA置管的患者安全。
