东部三级医院支援西部县级医院是缩短东西部城乡医疗服务水平差距的重要举措。本文阐述了三级医院支援省外县级医院的具体做法，受援医院在学科建设、技术进步、人才培养、管理队伍等方面取得了明显进步，认为医院重视、规范管理、务求实效、人文温暖是取得成效的重要因素。%The partner assistance between the east tertiary hospital and west county-level hospital is very important for shortening the gap between urban and rural medical service level. This article expounded the specific practices that tertiary hospital gave assistance to west county-level hospital outside the province. Great changes had taken place on discipline construction technology achievements、talents training、management team in recipient hospital. It shows that leadership concern, standardized management, pragmatic and humanistic warmth are the important factors of success.
