中美临床药师的培养及工作模式差异探讨

摘要

为提升我国临床药师服务质量和能力,以美国伊利诺伊州大学芝加哥校区药学院为研究对象,对美国的药学教育和临床药师培养与工作模式进行研究,结合我国临床药学发展现状进行对比分析和论述,认为美国药学教育准入严格、临床药师的培养注重临床实践以及高度成熟规范的临床药师工作模式值得借鉴.%It can provide references for the improvement of abilities and service level of clinical pharmacists in our country by studying pharmacy education system, work patterns and training process of clinical pharmacists in the United States. Combined with current state of clinical pharmacy in China, this article takes college of pharmacy in the University of Illinois at Chicago(UIC) as an example to analyze and discuss the training process for clinical pharmacists. Students selecting for pharmacy education has strict inclusion criteria. Moreover, both training process that emphasizing clinical practice and their work patterns with highly mature regulatory are worth considering for us.
