护士毕业后规范化再教育的探索与实践

             

摘要

Objectives: To analyze the changes of self identity and department identity, the loyalty after 2 years rotation of nurse. Methods: Fresh nurse in 2011 were selected by cluster sampling. The selected nurse had accepted questionnaire about general data and the awareness of rotation after 1 year and 2 years rotation respectively. Results: Compared with the first year, the number of nurses who don't want to rotate decreased from 74.8% to 40.3%; 97.5% nurses realized that rotation can help them to promote their career planning; 69.2% nurses don't have the sense of belonging in the first year, it decreased to 6.7% in the second year; most department can treat rotation nurses as one part of them, the method to treat the rotation nurses has changed a lot; but the rotation arrangement should be changed. Conclusions: It's improved a lot in many aspect of the nurse training after graduation, but the rotation arrangement should be changed in the future.%目的:分析护士轮转2年中,其对轮转认同情况、轮转中归属感、科室接纳方式等方面变化.方法:采取整群抽样法,便利抽取2011年来医院工作的新毕业护士,采用一般资料调查表及"轮转情况调查表",分别于其轮转满1年及2年时对其进行问卷调查.结果:轮转2年后,不愿意轮转的护士由74.8%下降至40.3%;缺乏归属感的轮转护士由69.2%降至6.7%;认为轮转有利于其职业生涯规划的护士由82.2%上升至97.5%;轮转2年后多数科室能够做到一视同仁、把轮转护士当成科室成员对待;但经过2年轮转实践,对轮转模式不认同的护士由57.9%升至83.2%.结论:护士对毕业后轮转这种再教育方式认同度增强;临床各科室对轮转护士的接纳方式逐渐改善;医院轮转模式亟待改进,可尝试缩短整体轮转时间、定科后再轮转等方式以提高轮转学习效果.
