实施精准化监管保障医院感染质量与安全

摘要

目的：：探讨精准化监管在医院感染管理工作中的应用。方法：采用德国KTQ认证体系理念，应用系统化、信息化、精细化管理模式，加强医院感染管理。结果：提高了手卫生依从性，降低了3种导管相关感染发生率，遏制了多重耐药菌感染。结论：在医院感染管理工作中，应用精准化监管，降低了患者医院感染发生率，促进了医疗质量的持续改进，保障了患者安全。%Objectives: To apply precision monitoring in nosocomial infection management. Methods: With implementation of KTQ Quality Certification system and the precision management which is an accurate, informationized and systematic medical quality and security system, nosocomial infection management was strengthened. Results: Hand hygiene compliance rate were improved, three main catheters –related infection rate were decreased and the detection rate of multi-drug resistance organism were obviously contained. Conclusions: The precision management applied in hospital infection management can decrease the nosocomial infection rate and improve the quality of health care.
