康复药学服务建制的思考

摘要

The development of rehabilitation medicine requires patient demands matched pharmaceutical care of rehabilitation.Rehabilitation pharmacy is based on rehabilitation medicine,which is still be primarily oriented towards the content of rehabilitation medicine,to guide the maintenance of human function,eliminating the discomfort of human body,reducing or compensate for human dysfunction or deficiency.The relationship among pharmacy,clinical pharmacy and rehabilitation pharmacy are analyzed.The characters,concept,foundation,methods and discipline of rehabilitation pharmacy are discussed.It shows that full participated clinical pharmacy monitoring is the feasible way for rehabilitation pharmacy discipline building.%康复医学发展要求提供适合康复患者需求的康复药学监护服务,即以康复医学为临床基础,以康复医学的学科内容为主导,以维护人体功能、消除人体不适、减少或弥补人体功能障碍或缺失为目的,提供药学支持和帮助的实践药学服务.分析了康复药学服务建制的紧迫性,解析了药学、临床药学、康复药学的关系,论述了康复药学的特点、定义、基础、手段和专业分科方法,并提出全员临床化药学监护服务模式是康复药学建制的可行之路.
