健康中国法制保障探讨

摘要

依法治国是中国的根本治国方略,法制是健康中国战略顺利实施的重要保障.目前,国内健康相关的法制建设还相对滞后.建议加强健康领域基本法立法,加快制定医疗法,尽快制定健康城市健康村镇条例和基本医疗保险条例,为健康中国建设提供法制保障.%Stewarding by the rule of law is the fundamental strategy of governing the country in China,legal system is crucially securing Health China Strategy.But health related legislation construction is lagging behind relatively in China.Therefore,this paper provides advices on legal construction from 3 area,namely,reinforcing health-related basic law legislation,accelerating the process of medical law,quickly working out health city,health village (including small towns) and basic medical insurance act,aiming to provide legal system security of Health China.
