基于熵权TOPSIS法的三级医院医疗质量综合评价

Otijectives: To evaluate the quality of medical care in 12 general hospitals in Tianjin in 2014 to provide evidence for the evaluation of hospital medical quality. Methods: The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the medical quality. Results: It shows that one hospital has got an excellent results, 4 hospitals have got good results and 2 are unqualified. The assessment result is consistent with the actual status of quality management in assessed hospitals. Conclusions: The entropy weight TOPSIS method evaluating can reliably assesses hospital medical quality and get some innovations on hospital quality assessment method.%目的:对天津市12所三级综合医院2014年医疗服务质量工作进行综合评价,了解其医疗服务质量情况,为评价医院医疗质量提供客观依据.方法:应用熵权TOPSIS法,对医疗质量进行综合评价.结果:1所医院医疗质量评价好,4所医院质量评价较好,2所医院质量评价差;该结果与医院实际情况相符.结论:应用熵权TOPSIS法对医疗质量进行综合评价,结果真实可信,对评价医疗质量,创新医疗质量管理方法、手段具有一定的导向作用.
