ICU护士床旁交接班流程的设计及应用

     

摘要

Objective In order to effectively control the quality of nursing, a standardization process of nursing shift change bedside bed in ICU is discussed. Methods The bedside shift change were designed to be a ten-step process. Statistic analysis was carried out in terms of the nursing defects in traditional shift changes and the new shift changes process. Questionnaires were administered to investigate the degree of patients' satisfaction with nursing work and the degree of medical staff's content with the beside bed handing-over procedures designed by themselves. Results Owing to the application of the bed beside the handing-over procedures, nursing defects caused by handing-over procedures factors are significantly reduced (P<0.050). Satisfaction of patients were obviously improved (P<0.050), Nurses and doctors are more satisfied with the new care process (P<0.005, P<0.050). Conclusion The implementation of bedside shift change process can help to avoid the shift change left, and the content is designed in a reasonable, ensuring critically ill patients good quality of continuous care.%目的 探讨ICU护士床旁交接班的规范化流程.旨在对护理质量进行有效控制.方法 床旁交接班流程设计被分为十步.对传统交接班方式与新型的床旁交接班流程两组发生的护理缺陷进行统计学处理,发放问卷调查表,了解患方对护理工作的满意度及医护人员对自行设计的床旁交接班流程的满意度.结果 应用床旁交接班流程后,因交接班因素直接导致的护理缺陷明显减少(P<0.050),患方的满意度明显提高(P<0.050),护士及医生对新的护理流程更为满意(P<0.005、P<0.050).结论 床旁交接班流程避免了交接班遗漏,内容设计合理,保证了重症患者连续性护理质量.
