市场化改革以来,我国诸多医疗卫生服务机构的目标,从追求公益目标为主转变为全面追求经济目标,并日益形成了一种赢利性的制度逻辑及制度安排.在此制度逻辑的诱导下,医务人员在具体的医疗过程中出现了主要以赢利为目的的医疗异化行为.这种行为是导致当前医患冲突事件频发的一个重要动因.%The main goal of many health care services is from the pursuit of public interest to the overall economic interest since market-oriented reform, which resulted in a kind of gainful institution logic and institutional arrangements. In this gainful institution logic, some medical workers mainly sought after their profits and appeared healthy alienation behaviors in the specific medical procedure. Nowadays, physician-patient conflicts happened due to some medical workers' healthy alienation behaviors to a large extent.
