以实施新财会制度为契机构建医院财务管理平台

摘要

公立医院如何根据新《医院会计制度》和新《医院财务制度》,转变现有的医院财务管理体制,构建新型医院财务管理平台,已成为公立医院的内部管理体制改革的焦点.以江苏省人民医院为例,针对在新医改背景下,公立医院在构建新型医院财务管理平台过程中,如何处理新财会制度实施中面临的问题,做好新旧财会制度的对接,提出了应对措施和对策建议.%Based on Hospital Accounting System and Hospital Financial System, it has become the focus of society on public hospital creating a new hospital financial management platform, and changing the existing hospital financial management system. The paper took Jiangsu People's Hospital as an example to explore public hospital how to prepare for the new and old accounting system butt matters, copes with possible problems that the new accounting system implement brings, puts forward corresponding measures under the new medical reform, and provides theoretical basis for the government to formulate relevant policies of hospital financial management.
