PURPOSE:To eliminate data input error by providing a slip file which stores the accured amount of a medical system, the debt of a supplies system, and the salary of a salary system and producing a financial account data base from the slip file. CONSTITUTION:The accured amount of a medical system 1 which calculates, charges and receives the medical fees, the debt of a supplies system 2, the salary of salary system 3 which processes the salaries and the deposits of the hospital employees including doctors are inputted and a financial data base is produced. In such a hospital financial account process system, the ledgers outputted from subsystems 1, 2 and 3 are stored in a slip file 4. Then a financial account data base system 6 is produced by a financial account system 5 based on the data stored in the file 4. Thus no operator is required to input the outputs of systems 1 - 3 to the system 5 and at the same time these manual errors can be eliminated.
