立法推进分级诊疗制度建设的思考

摘要

Since the release of On the Promotion of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment System Construction Guidance in 2015,the relevant supporting policies have been introduced.That whether the classification system can continue to implement effectively,still needs the adjustment and protection of legal level.Therefore,in view of the current problems in the construction of the classification and treatment system,the paper conducts an in-depth investigation and analysis,and puts forward the ideas and suggestions for legislation to promote the construction of the classification and treatment system.%自2015年《国务院办公厅关于推进分级诊疗制度建设的指导意见》发布以来,相关配套政策相继出台,分级诊疗制度能否持续有效贯彻落实,仍需法律层面的调整和保障.为此,针对当前分级诊疗制度建设存在的主要问题进行了深入分析,提出了立法推进分级诊疗制度建设的思路和建议.
