文章基于中南大学湘雅三医院的建筑能耗情况，详细介绍了新型能耗监管系统平台的构架与功能，通过对接医院软件硬件设施、监控变配电系统、室内外环境等高效集成的管控平台，推进了医院节能减耗、统筹了后勤管理、减少了医疗隐患。%Based on the building energy consumption of the Central South University Xiangya Third Hospital, the article introduces the structure and function of the new energy consumption supervision system platform. By connecting the hospital hardware and software, monitoring the power distribution system, using indoor and outdoor environment control integrative platform, promotes the hospital energy saving, coordinates the logistics management, and reduces the medical risks.
