The article analyzes the site characteristics of Nan County People’s Hospital relocation project; introduces the specialty of the project functional requirements; explains the designers’ thinking and innovation for this project in terms of overal environment, ward building form, medical main street design, interior space create, modular outpatient units alocation, and architectural design.%文章对南县人民医院整体搬迁项目的地块特征进行了分析，介绍了该项目功能需求的特殊性；从整体环境、住院楼的形体、医疗主街的设计、内部空间的营造、模块化门诊单元的设置、建筑造型的形成等几个方面，详细阐述了设计者对于该项目的各种思考和创意。
