This article introduces the background and overview of Peking University First Hospital outpatient building renovation project; from three aspects: medical functions, transportation and circulation, medical environment, elaborates the characteristics of hospital outpatient building renovation project, and analyzes the difficulties and constraints of the project.%文章介绍了北京大学第一医院门诊楼改造的背景和项目概况，从医疗功能、交通流线、就医环境3个方面着手，详细阐述了医院门诊楼改造工程的特点，并分析了该工程的难点和限制因素。
