The present invention relates to a producing method of red ginseng and, more specifically, to a producing method of functional red ginseng, to red ginseng produced thereby, and to a producing system of aged red ginseng. When taking in the red ginseng produced by the method, it can equally take in components of red ginseng by uniformly containing the saponin component of red ginseng. The producing method of functional aged red ginseng comprises a process of aging steamed and dried red ginseng, wherein the aging process of red ginseng comprises the processes of: preparing red ginseng liquid concentrate as an aging solution; heating the red ginseng liquid concentrate; immersing the steamed and dried red ginseng into the heated red ginseng liquid concentrate; and drying the immersed red ginseng.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
