以晚熟的‘鲍威尔’脐橙、‘班菲尔’脐橙、‘切斯勒特’脐橙为试验材料,研究不同采收期对果实的品质、冷库贮藏(冷藏)性及其冷藏过程中果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同时期采摘的果实,3个脐橙品种的可溶性固形物(TSS)一直在上升,维生素C含量均是先上升后降,而总酸含量则一直下降,总糖含量差异不明显。贮藏时间越长TSS、总酸、总糖和Vc含量下降越多,但果实失水、腐烂率和干疤率不断上升。综合评价,‘鲍威尔’脐橙、‘班菲尔’脐橙、‘切斯勒特’脐橙3月中下旬是其最佳采摘时间,且贮藏期不宜超过90d,腐烂和干疤果之和为6%~14%,其中腐烂率为0~2%。从耐贮性看:‘鲍威尔’脐橙>‘切斯勒特’脐橙>‘班菲尔’脐橙。%In the present study, effects of different harvest times on fruit storage characteristics and fruit quality were investigated under cold storage condition by using ‘Powell’, ‘Barnfield’ and ’Chislett’ navel oranges (Citrus sinensis Osbeck) as materials. The results showed that content of Vitamin C (Vc) in fruits of ‘Powell’, ‘Barnfield’ and ’Chislett’ of different harvest time increased initially and then decreased; content of TSS increased always; the titratable acid (TA) content decreased continuously; content of total sugar did not change obviously during the storage period. Along with storage time extended, contents of TSS, TA, total sugar and Vc decreased, but the water loss rate, the rate of decay fruits and physiological dry scab fruits increased. The optimal harvest times of ‘Powell’, ‘Barnfield’ and ’Chislett’ navel orange is the early and middle of March and the storage period is less than 90 days when the total percentage of decay and drought spot fruits is between 6% and 14% and the percentage of decay fruits is less than 2%; For the storage property, the ‘Powell’ is the best, and the‘ Chislett’ is better than‘ Barnfield’ navel orange.
