不同杏树种类遗传多样性的研究

摘要

SRAP molecular marker test of 5 apricot tree species indicated that the similarity coefficients ranged from 0.73 to 0.88. The clones were clustered into 6 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.78. The results showed that the sequence of genetic relationship of the apricot tree species.%对西伯利亚杏、野杏、辽杏、大扁杏、普通杏等5种杏树的24个无性系进行SRAP分子标记，无性系间相似系数在0.73～0.88之间，在相似系数0.78处将供试无性系划分为6类。研究结果表明，不同种类杏树亲缘关系远近的顺序依次为：西伯利亚杏与大扁杏亲缘关系近，之后是普通杏，最后是东北杏。
