河南十香菜种质资源调查及利用研究

摘要

十香菜为留兰香的一种，属河南省特色蔬菜之一。通过实地观察鉴定，在河南省境内主要分布有大叶十香和小叶十香两种，介绍十香菜的生物学特征和区域分布情况，对十香菜的区域开发利用做初步探讨。%Shixiang vegetable is a kind ofMentha spicata Linn, and it is one of the special vegetable in Henan province. In this study, through field observation and identification, there are large leaf Shixiang and small leaf Shixiang in the territory of Henan province. This paper introduces its biological characteristics and the regional distribution, and does a preliminary study on regional development and utilization of Shixiang vegetable.
