基质中氮磷钾施用量与番茄幼苗生长关系及优化研究

         

摘要

By the trivariate quadratic saturation D-optimum design method and the nursery substrates (peat:vermiculite=2:1), the relationship between the seedling growth of the tomato and the application rate of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the nursery substrates were studied and a mathematical model for many indexes was established. The results showed that the reasonable combined application of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of the tomato seedlings and the interaction effects among the nitrogen, phosphate, potash fertilizer were significant. At the same time, by the optimization analysis of the model, the optimal fertilization scheme for the maximum dry weight of the tomato seedlings was N 1.432 g/disk, P2O5 3.03 g/disk and K2O 1.259 g/disk under the research condition.%试验采用二次回归饱和D-最优设计方案,以草炭∶蛭石=2∶1为培育基质,研究番茄幼苗生长与育苗基质中氮磷钾施用量的关系,建立各项指标的数学模型。结果表明:合理的氮磷钾配施可以显著提高番茄幼苗的质量,氮肥、磷肥、钾肥之间交互作用显著;同时,通过对模型优化解析,确定在该研究条件下番茄幼苗达到干重最大时的施肥方案是N 1.432 g/盘、P2O53.03 g/盘、K2O 1.259 g/盘。
