Ce∶ Eu∶ KNSBN晶体位相共轭效应的研究

     

摘要

Doping CeO2 and Eu2O3 in KNSBN and using Si-Mo bar as heater, Ce∶Eu∶KN SBN was gr own by Czochralski method. The self-pump phase conjugate reflectivity and respo n se time of Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN crystals with 18°-cut and 0°-cut were measured. The sel f-pump phase conjugate reflectivity of the sample with 18°-cut is superior to t hat of the sample with 0°-cut. Ce∶Eu∶KNSBN was taken as self-pump phase con juga te mirror and In∶Fe∶LiNbO3 crystal was taken as storage material to realize the association storage.%在KNSBN晶体中掺进CeO2和Eu2O3,以硅钼棒作加热体,利用Czochralski法生长Ce∶ Eu∶KNSBN晶体。测试18°切和0°切晶体的自泵浦位相共轭反射率和响应时间,18°切的样 品自泵浦位相共轭性能优于0°切的样品。采用自泵浦位相共轭镜,In∶Fe∶LiNbO3晶体 作为存储介质,实现了关联存储。
