上海市城镇居民基本医疗保险现状与展望

摘要

城镇居民医疗保险是继城镇职工基本医疗保险和新型农村合作医疗保险推行后，为进一步解决全民医疗保障问题，不断完善医疗保障制度的又一个重大里程碑。该项制度主要对城镇非从业居民医疗保障做了规范的制度安排。%Medical insurance for urban dwellers is an important milepost,in order to further solve the universal health coverage problem and constantly improve the medical security system,after the implementation of the basic medical insurance for urban employees and the new rural cooperative medical insurance. This system has the formal arrangement mainly to the medical insurance for urban non-employed residents.
