上海市三级甲等医院2013年度科研竞争力分析

摘要

Through Delphi method,the scientific research competence indicators system of Shanghai hospitals and their departments has been established. The article suggests that the work of hospital scientific research competence indicators system could be based on two main indexes name as inputs and outputs. The results of 34 tertiary hospitals and ranking of their departments have been achieved through the applications of Delphi method within the year of 2013. The article aims at encouraging the newest and high-quality scientific research products. Therefore,it is expected to improve the level of scientific research and scientific competence.%运用德尔菲法建立了上海市医院及专科科研竞争力评价体系，提出了医院科研竞争力的评价指标应当是以投入和产出两方面为主，并运用该体系对2013年度上海市的34家三级甲等医院及其专科的科研竞争力进行了分析和排名，强化对医院科研质量的考核评价，以促进和鼓励产出高、精、新的科学研究成果。
