六省乙类大型医用设备使用及影响因素研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze the utilization of large medical equipment of Class B in hospital units,and identify the affecting factors. Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to collect the utilization data of CT and MRI from 2009 to 2013 in six provinces in the eastern,middle and western regions of China. And then STATA 12.0 SE was used to analyze the trend of CT and MRI utilization and the influencing factors. Results:Since 2009, the utilization rate of CT and MRI has increased year by year,except the decreasing in 2012. Panel regression analysis indicated that the number of medical equipment,outpatient and emergency visits,discharge number,number of surgical cases and number of qualified persons in hospitals may affect the utilization of CT and MRI. Conclusion:It is suggested that the index of hospital capacity be considered carefully in the allocation of high medical equipment. It is also proposed that the government take charge of the utilization of high medical equipment in order to provide safe,effective and convenient health services.%目的：系统分析乙类大型医用设备的使用情况，并识别其影响因素。方法：运用分层随机抽样的方法，收集东、中、西6个样本省医疗机构2009—2013年CT、MRI的使用情况，并运用STATA 12.0 SE进行使用量的趋势性描述分析及影响因素的面板回归分析。结果：自2009年以来，CT、MRI的使用率总体呈逐渐上升的趋势，2012年出现一定程度的增速放缓，面板回归分析发现影响CT、MRI使用量的因素涉及医疗机构配置的大型设备台数、医疗机构的年门急诊人次、年出院人次、年手术人次及相关资质人员的数量。结论：卫生行政部门在制定相关大型医用设备配置规划时，应着重考虑医疗机构技术水平相关的指标，强化政府对于大型医用设备使用过程中的监管能力，为群众提供安全、有效、方便的医疗卫生服务。
