核酸检测技术在血液筛查中的应用评估及建议

摘要

通过对现行血清学检测模式及检测试剂劣势的分析,指出NAT血液筛查可有效降低经输血传播疾病的风险.并结合工作实践,就NAT血液筛查在我国的应用与推广提出了相关建议.%Through the analysis of existing serological detection models and quality of test reagents, the study pointed out that Nucleic Acid Testing ( NAT ) blood screening can effectively reduce the risk of diseases transmission by blood transfusion.Combined with the practice, the paper discussed issues needing to be paied attention to and related recommendations in NAT blood screening.
