上海市宝山区民营医疗机构现状分析及监管建议

摘要

Based on the investigation of private medical institutions in Baoshan District, the paper analyzed the status quo of permission and supervision management of private medical institutions, proposed to develop the Private Medical Institutions according to the regional medical needs; to improve laws and regulations to refine the private medical institutions access and standards; to strengthen multi - sector joint management mechanism to strengthen government supervision; to provide policy support to protect private medical institutions and orderly development of policy recommendations.%以宝山区民营医疗机构设置及分布情况为调研基础,对民营医疗机构许可和监督管理现状进行分析,提出根据区域医疗需求,制定民营医疗机构设置规划；完善法律法规,细化民营医疗机构准入及设置标准；加强政府监管力度,强化多部门齐抓共管机制；提供政策支持,保障民营医疗机构有序发展等政策建议.
