目的 通过查房考核,评价主治医师业务综合能力.方法 对117名拟晋副主任医师职称的高年资主治医师查房考核结果进行回顾性统计分析.结果 3年来考核成绩呈逐年上升趋势,内科系统成绩优于外科、专科系统.正式在编人员与聘用人员存在不同优势.结论 通过查房考核,主治医师临床能力、带教意识等明显提高.但也存在人力资源、查房质量等方面的问题,提出改进建议.%Objective To evaluate the comprehensive medical ability of attending physician through the ward rounds appraisal. Method Retrospectively analyzed the ward rounds appraisal of 117 attending physicians who was ready to be promoted to deputy director of the physician. Result The performance appraisal results showed an upward trend yearly in three years, department of internal medicine system scored better than surgery, specialist system. Formal permanent staff and employed staff performance appraisal had different advantages. Conclusion Through the rounds appraisal, attending physicians'clinical competence, teaching awareness improved. It also reflected some problems on human resources and rounds quality, and recommendations were suggested for improvement.
