运用PDCA提高医学装备管理水平

摘要

引入FOCUS-PDCA,结合医院等级评审要求,借鉴其他单位成熟经验,从完善管理制度及流程、规范建立档案、动态管理、设备维修及资金核查5方面进行改进,使医院医学装备管理工作趋于科学化、规范化.%Through the FOCUS-PDCA,combined with the hospital grade assessment requirements,and learned from other units' mature experience,improvements were made from five aspects:the improvement of management system and process,standardizing the establishment of archives,dynamic management,equipment maintenance,and funding verification,which made the hospital medical equipment management work gradually scientific and standardized.
