品管圈助力护理质量管理水平提升

摘要

The paper introduced the main practices of quality control activities in nursing quality management from five aspects of training,organization and implementation,results reporting,establishment of standards,and continuous improvement.Through the nursing quality control circle activities,the standardized results were formed,the quality of care and the quality of nursing staff was improved,the nursing quality culture was established.The use of quality management tools influences the scientificity of the quality control circle activities;the theme selection and standardized results affect the effectiveness of quality control circle activities;and full training and counseling and supervision helps the continue development of the quality control circle activities.%从开展培训、组织实施、成果汇报、建立标准、持续推进5方面,介绍了在护理质量管理中推进品管圈活动的主要做法.通过护理品管圈活动,形成了标准化成果,提高了护理质量,提升了护理队伍素质,形成了护理质量文化.质量管理工具的运用体现了品管圈活动的科学性,主题选定与标准化成果会影响品管圈活动效果,全员培训与辅导监管可以助推品管圈活动持续开展.
