Objective To investigate the well-being status of quality control engineers and chief residents.Methods A total of 98 related personnel were investigated by questionnaires survey,and 62 valid questionnaires were analyzed for reliability and validity,etc.The well-being level of quality control engineers and chief residents was analyzed by statistical methods.Results The mean score of well-being of quality control engineers and chief residents was 6.0,which represented relatively well-being.There had no statistically significant difference between different gender,identity and marital status in terms of well-being (P≥0.093).The physicians with work stress had lower satisfaction dimension than that of general physicians,which had statistically significance (t =2.698,P =0.009).The physicians with future work target had higher satisfaction dimension than that of physicians with unclear target,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.040).Conclusion The whole society should reduce the work stress of physician,purify the network environment,the hospital should provide a sound physician training and promotion channels to guide the quality control engineers and chief residents to form a clear goal of work,thereby enhancing their happiness.%目的 了解质控员和住院总幸福感状况.方法 对98例相关人员发放调查表,对62份有效问卷进行量表信度、效度等分析,并通过统计方法分析质控员和住院总的幸福感维度.结果 质控员和住院总总体幸福感得分均数为6.0,属于有些幸福.不同性别、身份和婚姻状况在幸福感方面差异均无统计学意义(P≥0.093),工作压力大的医师生活满意度低于一般医师且两者差异有统计学意义(t=2.698,P=0.009),未来工作目标不明确的医师幸福感低于未来工作目标一般或明确的医师差异有统计学意义(P<0.040).结论 应降低医师工作压力,净化网络环境,提供健全的医师培养和晋升渠道,引导质控员和住院总确立明确的工作目标,进而提升其幸福感.
