我国护理质量评价研究的文献计量学分析

摘要

目的 探索我国护理质量评价研究现状,为进一步完善我国护理质量评价体系、提升临床护理质量提供参考.方法 采用文献计量学方法,检索1995年2015年收录在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库等与护理质量评价有关的文献,对文献数量年度变化、文献类型、研究主题等进行分析.结果 检索出符合标准的文献160篇,文献数量呈逐年递增趋势,文献类型以论著和综述为主,研究内容主要为综合性医院的护理质量评价.结论 我国护理质量评价广泛开展,研究方法趋于规范,专科特色不断深化,建议构建一套规范、全面、统一的护理质量评价指标体系,以提升医疗机构整体护理质量.%Objective To investigate the current status of the nursing care quality evaluation in China and to provide reference for improvement of nursing quality evaluation system and management.Methods The bibliometrics method was used to analyze the literatures of nursing quality evaluation in the Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System (SinoMed) and the Chinese Medical Journals Database from 1995 to 2015.The annual changes of literature quantity,literature type and research theme were analyzed.Results A total of 160 studies were eligible for inclusion with the number of studies increased annually.Most of the studies were articles or reviews,and the main content of the studies was comprehensive nursing quality evaluation.Conclusion The nursing quality evaluation was carried out widely with research methodology tending to norm and with deepening professional characteristics.A set of comprehensive and unified nursing quality evaluation index system should be constructed to improve the overall nursing quality of medical institutions.
