目的:评价国家基本公共卫生服务项目的实施效果,为推动基本公共卫生服务项目科学、高效地运行提供循证依据和政策建议.方法:利用2014－2016年32个省级行政区域基本公共卫生服务实施率数据,分纵向时间比较和横向地区比较进行分析.结果:健康档案建档率高但使用率低,预防接种服务基本实现百分百覆盖,孕产妇和儿童健康管理率在90%以上,老年人和慢性病患者健康管理工作仍有上升空间,中医药健康管理发展迅速.结论:国家基本公共卫生服务项目取得了明显的成效,未来仍需在人才培养、信息化建设、项目动态调整以及项目考核评价等方面继续改进.%Objective: To evaluate the implementation effect of National Basic Public Health Service Project so as to provide evidence and policy recommendations for promoting the scientific and efficient operation of basic public health service projects. Methods: The data of the implementation rates of basic public health services in 32 provincial-level administrative regions from 2014 to 2016 were applied to conduct the analysis on longitudinal time comparison and horizontal area comparison. Results: The health file had a high rate of filing but a low use rate. The coverage of vaccination services was basically 100% covered. The rate of health management for pregnant and parturient women and children was above 90%. There was still room for the improvement in health management for the elderly and chronic ptients. The health man-agement of traditional Chinese medicine had a rapid development. Conclusion: The National Basic Public Health Service project had achieved remarkable results. It still needed to be improved in the aspects of personnel training, information construction, project dynamic adjustment, project evaluation, etc.
