区域卫生规划中城市分类指标值的系统动力学模拟

摘要

Objective: To do modeling of computation on the city rating indexes, the key factors in allocation of health resources in the Regional Health Service Planning by System Dynamics. Methods: Making up the computing process and preparing the evaluation on the running outputs after laying out the elementary health data in a certain sequence. Results: 14 cities have been divided into 3 levels on the computation; city rating indexes are the classified outcomes according to the elementary health data. Conclusion: City rating indexes are the prerequisite in allocation of health resources for its equity, efficiency and adjustability.%目的:就辽宁省区域卫生规划中各地卫生资源配置标准的制定依据——城市分类指标值的计算进行系统动力学模拟.方法:先对相关基本卫生数据进行汇总,再介绍城市分类指标值的计算方法并利用系统动力学软件对其计算过程给予动态模拟及评价.结果:通过模拟,可将我省14个市划为3类地区,并分析不同的基本卫生数据对城市分类指标值的界定影响.结论:城市分类指标值的确定是保证卫生资源配置公平性、高效性和可控性的基本条件.
