缺血性脑卒中常用评估量表及其最新研究进展

摘要

目前缺血性脑卒中常用量表广泛应用于临床及科研中,了解和使用这些量表成为现在神经科医生不可缺少的工作内容.本文主要介绍目前临床常用的脑卒中相关量表,包括ABCD2评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS )、Rankin修订量表(mRS)和Barthel指数量表及其他卒中相关量表.%Assessment scales of ischemic stroke commonly used in clinical and scientific research currently, so understanding and using these scales became indispensable for a neurologist. This paper mainly introduced the common scales of stroke used in clinic, including the ABCD score, the U. S. National institutes of health stroke scale ( NIHSS ), Rankin scale revised ( Mrs ) and barthel index scale and other stroke - related scale.
